In oracle iSupport (EBS) Service request it is possible to automatically send the SR for approval.

Good day .

In EBS iSupport (service management), we are now facing a problem where users forget to submit a service request, which delays the response time when the service is required. Typically, users leave the request in open status and do not change it to submit for approval.

currently we have a report built which will show open Service request and we then send an email to users to login into the system and change the SR status in the dropdown to Submit for approval then it will route to the manager for approval.
