I am experiencing issues with forecasting related to canceled and denied statuses. The result by calendar displays a balance of 30 days, but the forecasting tool shows a balance of 25 days. Upon analysis, I found that the person has canceled 5 days of leave, which seems to be affecting the forecasting.
Additionally, I tested a scenario where an employee has a balance of 4 days. When trying to submit a leave request for these 4 days, an error indicates "ineligible." Further investigation revealed that the employee had already taken 4 days of leave, which was canceled. It appears that the forecasting tool is considering this canceled leave in its calculations.
