PROJECTS COMPENSATION

Hello everyone,

I would like you to help me understand how project compensation works in Oracle PA. Let's assume we have two projects, P1 and P2, and the budget allocated to P1 is exhausted. How do we deduct from the budget of P2 in order to complete P1? How to configure this in the system.
