Hi, I find below article

(2) Use the "

IgnoreCharSetConvErrors = true

" input parameter for Siebel XML Converter Business Service (e.g. "EAI XML Converter" BS, method: "IntObjHierToXMLDoc"), when converting property-set instance

 that represents BC fields (such as SiebelMessage) into XML string. In this case non-printable and non-Unicode compliant characters will be presented with the "?" letter in the output document.

My question is that how to set this parameter? set this parameter in siebel tool? could you please provide me detail guidance.
