other receiving email server rejects email with bare line feed characters in Siebel email template

Hi,

Some email server such as yahoo does not accept email from Siebel outgoing email created from Siebel communication template. (other email servers such as google and outlook did receive the email without any problem)

To examine this template, I copied the template to text editor to search for [LF] alone. But, I could not find any [LF] without [CR]. All shows as [CR][LF] together in the text editor.

I need help with finding and correcting this (bare line feed characters) in the Siebel communication template.

Your message contains invalid characters (bare line feed characters) which the email servers at yahoo.com don't support.
