SDM -> SBC : com.oracle.ocsdm.em.common.error.DeviceMgmtAdaptorException: Cannot connect to device

Hello all

I'm having a problem with SDM, I can't add one SBC: I get this error com.oracle.ocsdm.em.common.error.DeviceMgmtAdaptorException: Cannot connect {{ip_admin_wancom0_sbc1}}

SNMP connection is ok
I tested this from the sdm console:
[root@SDM1]#snmpwalk -v3 -l authPriv -u sdmmonitor -a SHA-512 -A ‘{{AUTHENT_PWD}}’ -x AES -X {{PRIVACY_PWD}} {{ip_WANACOM0_SBC}}
it's work

test SSH OK

perhaps issue on TLS, how can I chek it ?
