PO: Attachments To Display In Notification Header

Hi,

I need PO and Contract attachment in Workflow notification headers. in EBS 12.2.4 version it was available. Now we upgraded to 12.2.12 . there is link for contract attachment and PO attachments are accessible from header.

There is any way to show both attachment in one place.
