New ACLI user with configuration/enable privilege

Fellow community men,

I have an ESBC 6350 with user and admin accounts configured. I would like to create a new user with enable/configuration permission only. I would like to allow that user to configure the SBC/make changes. But not complete access.

The user is limited to only configuring the SBC elements but not the other access.
