Disable Compliance score incidents but keep compliance check
Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c Release 5 Update 23.
We have a lot of “Compliance score 51% is below critical threshold“ incidents in all our OEM instances. And we cannot fix these incidents immediately, we have a strict patching schedule (twice a year) for our Oracle infrastructure, so, we know which patches are missing and which patch-set will be applied during next patching cycle. So, all these incidents have no any immediate following actions and they are just a “noise” incidents.
I've created a compliance report that shows list of targets with detailed info about missing patches for every target. This report is scheduled weekly and it sends an email once a week where we can see if there are new missing patches that require an immediate action, like a 0-day security patches. Otherwise all missing “RU“ (release update) patches can wait for a scheduled patching rounds.
