WfProcBatchMgr Issue with Siebel 24.8

we have observed that the issue occurs on the Step where - inbound email database operations find record is used and triggered via WF Process Batch Manager , but same WF executes correctly when invoked via BS Simulator in eComm.

Also , this issue is on 24.8 [Upgraded Env.] before Upgrade all these processes were working correctly.

Same process is also working correctly on Production which is on 23.11
