How do I set up ACH payment for a Third Party (voluntary) Payee in EBS 12.2.13?

Hello - we have a new requirement for one of our existing Third Party voluntary Payees to submit payment by ACH. Checks are no longer acceptable as of Jan 1 2025. Can someone provide instructions as to how we can set this up?
