In v24 Xoffice cloud, we have an custom table created how does jetty picks the new War file

we had created a custom table in XOCS and data is replicating to XoCS. In earlier versions we used to take the build and deploy the war files in jetty so that we can access xcenters custom table records from store.

Now in cloud are we able to perform any such operations and how can we check if xcenter war has new tables dtx objects present in it or not after taking a new build in jenkins.
