eAM: Work order One Step Material Issue and Material Issue

In the EAM module, when I allocate materials to a work order, the creator of the allocation is saved in mtl_material_transactions_temp. However, when the material is issued through 'One Step Material Issue', the user who performed the issuance is recorded in mtl_material_transactions. In contrast, when it's done through 'Material Issue', the created_by field records the user who made the allocation, not the user who issued the material. Where can I find out which user issued the material through 'Material Issue'?
