Has anyone received COBOL errors when running Open Enrollment?

I am trying to process OE in our test environment but am now running into the error message below. We ran into these same errors last week when processing a large retro payroll but are now seeing them in benefits. Our developers increased the array size to 999, but the process still fails when we run it with just None selected or None and Finalize/Apply Defaults.

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated, as we need to finalize and test the last payroll of '24 and the first of '25 to confirm appropriate deductions in the next few days.
