Using CLUSTER option during IMPDP or EXPDP

Hello

We have a question related to the performance of data pump either while running import or export. If the database is a RAC database, what is the recommendation from oracle from a performance perspective. Should we use CLUSTER=N or CLUSTER=Y?

Would setting CLUSTER=N while running an Import result in performance gain or vice versa?

What are the pros and cons of using either (for both expdp or impdp)?
