Extending 2 offer letters to the candidate

Team,

We need to extend two offer letters to the candidate as part of our business process. The first offer, Offer 1, will be issued and accepted by the candidate. After acceptance, we will conduct manual background checks. Once these checks are completed, we will issue the final offer to the candidate while preserving Offer 1 (the indicative offer) in the system. Please confirm if this process can be implemented or any workaround/suggestion we can use.

PS: We are using Oracle Recruiting Cloud
