frmweb process size in 12.2.1.19.0 much higher than in 12.2.1.4.0?

Using "top" I see 1 thread (NLWP) for the processes of 12.2.1.4.0 and "normally" about 100M SIZE, with 12.2.1.19.0 we have 51 NLWP and more than 3G SIZE for each process !?
I didn't find ANY parameters in the cfgs regarding that issue.
