Customizations to be lookup-driven rather than doing manual changes in Visual Builder

Regarding Visual Builder customizations in Supplier Registration page for Redwood 25A - we're currently making direct changes in Visual Builder. Is it possible to make these changes dynamic by pulling from Cloud lookups instead? Specifically, we're looking to understand if there's a way to configure these customizations to be lookup-driven rather than hard-coded in Visual Builder. Has anyone implemented such a solution or can suggest best practices for this approach?
