please tell me

oVirt4.5 + OL8.10

When uploading an iso image to a storage domain
When you click [Upload Image] - [Test Connection], the following error occurs.

・Error message:

[Connection to ovirt-imageio service has failed. Ensure that ovirt-engine certificate is registered as a valid CA in the browser]

*The EngineCA certificate has already been imported to the client terminal accessing the OLVM management portal.

Similarly, when I open the virtual machine's console (no VNC), it stays in [Connecting] and the screen does not appear.
