Getting error "Checking monitor: must be configured to display at least 256 colors. Actual unknow"

I'm installing Oracle Enterprise Manager. I'm getting the error as below:

Checking monitor: must be configured to display at least 256 colors. Actual unknown. Failed <<<<

I have tried setting DISPLAY environment variable :

[oracle@localhost software]$ echo $DISPLAY

127.0.0.1:1.0

[oracle@localhost software]$ echo $TERM
xterm-256color

Still getting the same error and my installation has been stuck
