Smart View returning text values as numbers in Microsoft Word

Hey All,

We are on Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4.003 (not PSPB), and for our budget book development, we are trying to pull text account members directly into Microsoft Word via Smart View. We are having no issues with financial data (other than losing scaling), but Text and Smartlist values are not acting as excected.

We are utilizing a Planning connection, and in Excel ad-hoc grids ONLY, it returns Text and Smartlist member values as expected. However, when SV Copy-Pasting these grids from Excel into Word, any refresh returns what appears to be the HSP_ID and/or Smartlist ID. I have scoured through the Oracle docs, and I am not seeing anything to indicate that this functionality is not available with the Word extension.
