Operation Type I with no the Related Parts

Dears,

Like to know if any workarounds can achieve the result below:

I have set the operation type = I (not 1 of A, T, R) in my item routing, and like the related parts to this operation sequence (OPSQ) will not be brought over when attachs the P/L (via P48013 or R31410).

The scenario is because our operations can apply to different machines, and each machine needs different modes to match up. The normal operations are with OPSQ 10, 20, 30….etc., and their machine alternatives go with OPSQ 11, 21, 31, …..etc.

I have all the possible modes included in my BOM, and link them to matched OPSQ either 10 or 11, 20 or 21, …..etc. And like to switch the operation type I between operation 10 or 11 then try to have the correct modes to attach to the parts list of WO.
