impact of connections running with unencrypted connections.

we are migrating from NNE to TLS. for some days, we may have to use unencrypted connections.

We are using AWS RDS for Oracle 19c.

AWS RDS Oracle supports either NNE or TLS.

please let us know the impact of connections running with unencrypted connections.

we have over 20 applications & is tough to get all switch to TLS at same time.

we are having multi-phased approach to allow some applications to use unencrypted connections for 1-2 weeks while most switch to TLS.
