How to Rollback Siebel IP24.9 and above

Hello Team,

We have applied the Siebel IP24.9 Patchset on Siebel IP23.8 and we want to revert the patch due to some issues, we have database backup which will restore older version database but want to revert the application tier.

Could you please provide the commands to revert the IP24.9 patchset.
