Which processor can I buy in 2025 without violating the SE2 license?

The Oracle Standard Edition 2 is limited to two CPU sockets.
However, Oracle does not just count the physical sockets here, but also looks closely at the CPU itself. With a multi-chip CPU (with several CPU dies), it is not the physical sockets that are counted here, but the CPU dies. Source (page 13):
In the case of current AMD and Intel CPUs, however, several CPU dies are contained in one CPU.


What have you done?
Is there the possibility of an exception agreement with Oracle for the use of the CPU?
