Can you set screening requirements to automatically 'use in screening' when not using Pre-Screen

I have configured a screening level in which I would like to have the skills questions used in screening. However I don't want to have to select 'Use in Screening' for every job opening. Is there a way to have these boxes automatically checked when the job opening is created?

We do not use Pre-Screening or Candidate Gateway. HCM 9.2.49 PT 8.60.13
