Error in reporting members accounts with text data type of EPM version 11.2.8 system

I have a problem printing reports in the EPM system with members accounts whose data type is text. When I create a report with this member, it does not display text content, it only displays numeric content. I did some research and it only displays the Text_ID and not the Value in the HSP_TEXT_CELL_VALUE table. Can anyone tell me how to solve it? Thank you
