Copy Domain Failed: MeasureStoreException: Missing store database in domain: '/rpas/domain/..'

While executing the copy domain , an error was encountered. (We are trying this in the RPAS version 13)

Below is the copy domain utility that we used:

nohup copyDomain -d /rpas/domain/…/merch/domain -dest <destination path> &

How to clear this issue? Can any one please help on this?
