Short call history in OCOM
Hello,
I encountered a problem on OCOM 5.2: the call history is too short (~54 hours). Every time when customer tries to open some call older than 54 hours, an error "no calls found" is returned.
When we upgraded this OCOM from 5.0, we set the database partition size to 750 Gb, which is more than enough for the amount of monitored traffic (see the figure below). On the previous version 5.0 the partition was of the size only 500Gb and there were no problems with history.
According to Data retention settings the call history must be 14 days. What else can impact the call history size?
