Since approx. 2 weeks users (not all) get the message "Smartview handled unknown exception thrown by Mcrosoft Office.

Users complain about SV beeing slow after clicking okay.

HFM 11.2.12

The only thing the users have so far in common is a new set-up application connection.

Any idea what the trigger for this error might be and what we should try to solve it?
