ORDS metadata version != ords.war version

Hello,

currently we are facing an issue migrating ORDS from one infrastructure(Tomcat with ords deployed) to another. As it is not possible to upgrade ORDS on the old infrastructure I'm wondering if it's possible/supported to only upgrade the metadata repository on the database and leave the ORDS version on the old infrastructure as it is.

Plan is to upgrade metadata repository from 23.2 to 24.2 but leave the Tomcat ORDS Deployment 23.2 as it is
