what Oracle 19c RPM do I need to use to get the latest grid and database for RHEL8 and patch

We are currently on RHEL 7 using Oracle 19c
We have hardware that we are installing RHEL8 and we want to stay with Oracle 19c

We are on an air gapped system, I am trying to find any all rpm(s) and patches I need to download so I can create the grid and Oracle RAC databases on a 3 node RAC. I want to have it patched to a level of January or April of 2024.
