Problem with IPO-Demand Forecasting Alert Business Rule validation -"Condition Error String"

Hi Experts,

Application & version:

Inventory Planning Optimization Cloud Service - Demand Forecast, V24.

Question:

In IPOCS-DF, we are defining a business rule to prioritize forecast review for alerted SKU/Locations. Our rule is to move alerted SKU/Locations corresponding to a specific subclass and having high recent average sales into 'Urgent' bucket, for alert navigation. The rule setup seems fine (to us), however the metric "Condition Error String" is not blanks. Our understanding is this measure should be blanks if the rule setup is correct. Attaching the screenshot herewith. Can you please help how to resolve this error ? Thank you
