Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

Announcing the New "My Oracle Cloud Support" Portal for Cloud Users

On November 11, 2024, Oracle is rolling out a redesigned sign in experience.

This new sign in process will enable us to intelligently route users to a support portal based on the products and services they license.

Customers using My Oracle Support will see the new experience when accessing https://support.oracle.com. If you use Software, Hardware, Managed Cloud Services or industry clouds, your support experience is unchanged. Please continue to sign in using your existing support account.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Cloud Applications users can use either their cloud account or their existing support account. Oracle Cloud Console users should continue to use that portal after the new My Oracle Cloud Support portal is live.
