Creating a bigfile tablespace with non default db_block_size.

Our exisiting database default blocksize is 8k can we create a bigfile tablespace with 16k or 32k blocksize. If yes, then

1. Are there any implications or downside of it.

2. Will it impact the performance of the DB in any way.

3. Does RMAN backup support parallelism for bigfile tablespace?

FYI, the current default tablespace has reached the maximum limit of the datafiles 1023, we want to change the default tablespace of a huge table which is 28 TB in size to a bigfile tablespace. Please advise if this approach is suggestable.
