Unable to find employee in the employee form

Hi Dear experts,

I created some employees in the version R12.2.13 and set the effective start date as same date as the unit organization date, using the function DateTrack:Reminder ----> Always pop warning window but by mistake some where created in the sysdate, when searching an employee information which does not meet the date set in the DateTrack:Reminder, system does not find the employee record.

Would you please guide me to set a way system show all employee no matter which date is set by using DateTrack:Reminder function?
