Oracle Database 23AI availability

Hello

First of all, excuse us if this is not the correct place to ask this question

Our question is when would oracle 23 AI be available to be installed / and patches on premises?

We see the oracle 23 AI free database but of course that is only for playing around in a non production environment so we want to know when would 23 AI DB and 23 AI GRID software be available for on premises full fledge production installation ?
