Oracle 23ai EE for Exadata X9

Hi,

We have Exadata X9 with Oracle 19c EE.

I've read that Oracle 23ai EE is already available for Exadata X9 (Doc ID 742060.1) since July 22.

Does anyone know where I could download it please ? I don't see it at Oracle Software Delivery Cloud : https://edelivery.oracle.com/osdc/faces/SoftwareDelivery
