Does anyone have experience third party scanning software that integrates w/ PeopleSoft?

Our healthcare organization is interested in streamlining the PeopleSoft purchase order receiving/delivery process. In order to reduce paper, we want to reference the packing slip on the receipt and scan it into the system and store it for later retrieval if necessary for 'proof of delivery'. We would like to know if anyone is using third party scanning software that easily integrates with PeopleSoft. Thank you.
