After applying rolling back 36551493 so we could apply Windows Database Oct2024 Bundle Patch 19.25.0.0.241015, all of or jobs using heterogeneous services stopped working. Error is not intermittent or sporadic anymore.

Can we apply the 36551493 patch for 19.24 to the latest 19.25 version of database?

If not when will the Windows version of patch 36551493 for 19.25.0 be available?
