Open Purchase Order Notifications or Workflow?

Is there a standard functionality in EBS 12.2.10+ where we can send a workflow notification on open purchase orders to the PO requester?

We are looking for a way to managed our aged open purchase orders in a decentralizated procurement organization. We have many open PO s and we want the requester from the requsiition to confirm that a purchase order needs to remain open.

Ideally, it could use something like the PO approval workflow to send a confirmation if a PO hits a certain age (like 120 days.).
