Tele Sales not allowing to open Sales Forecast screen in R12.2.12 version

You must have a member, manager or administrator role in at least one sales group to access a forecast.

I have created employee , resource group and telesales manager role and imported the employee still getting this issue

I found similar question but EBS version is R12.1.3 without solution
