RMAN-10010: error while checking for RPC completion

Hi there

I am using Oracle 19c in Oracle Linux 7.8. when I am running RMAN backup from my script , I am getting the following errors:

channel ORA_DISK_1: starting piece 1 at 03-NOV-24
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-10010: error while checking for RPC completion
RMAN-10011: synchronization error while polling for rpc 26, action=<NULL>, channel= ORA_DISK_1

Recovery Manager complete.

Please help me to solve it.
