Customize OTM 6.5 login screen

I would like to know how to customize the logon page in OTM 6.5.x. We've 3-4 different environments and would like to add a text describing the type of the environment (Like DEV, UAT, QA, PROD etc)

A few years back, one of our admins made such change in the older environment. The new page will have the label like "Sign into the Development / QA / UAT / Production Environment" instead of the standard "SIGN IN TO ORACLE TRANSPORTATION &GLOBAL TRADE MANAGEMENT" label.

He said, he made that change in some table but didn't mention which one. He's no more with the company now.
