When will Oracle Database be certified on Microsoft Windows Server 2025?

Microsoft released Windows Server 2025 on November 1st, 2024

Similar to the question asked a few years ago about Windows Server 2022, the question now is when the newly released Windows Server 2025 will be certified.

Will it be certified in an upcoming Oracle 19c release update?
Or will it only be certified/supported in Oracle 23ai (delayed to CY2025)?

Can anyone give us any information on the plans and release schedule?
