How to track & restrict DM Data Load Rule deletion by user - which deletes complete Workbench tables

in FCCS Users have to be provided with Data integration create access to update the location mapping- but with that there are other rights system provide- because of which user have mistakenly deleted the Data Load Rule. As a result complete historical data at workbench tables has been wiped off.

Now like to know if anyone knows

  • is there a way to track these activites in system
  • Further is there way to restrict users doing such activity.

As per my discussion with Oracle engineer- Oracle dont have any tracking system for this change, and no way to restrict such access to users
