Connect Siebel on premise Cloud to Oracle OCI

Hello,

We are having Siebel 22.12 version and Siebel infrastructure is on Enterprise (Organizational) Cloud (Not Oracle Cloud). We are thinking of exploring the Oracle OCI AI capabilities.

I read in one of the upgrade statements of 22.12 Version that they provide with OCI APIs to connect. Does that mean a Siebel on premise cloud can connect to Oracle OCI or does it have to be migrated first to Oracle Cloud ?

2nd Question is - What kind of licensing or pricing model Oracle offer to Siebel customer on premise for using OCI applications .

3rd - Where can we see all the services that OCI AI offers to Siebel clients ?
