Request information to create Supplier Performance Evaluation form

I am currently setting up the Oracle EBS Supplier Performance Management module and create the template for supplier performance evaluation form for internal users.

I have reviewed the oracle Supplier Performance Management implementation guide and user guide. However, I am finding that the documentation does not provide enough detailed information for me to understand or able to complete the setup. Could anybody able to provide additional resources such as detailed setup instructions, step-by-step guides, video tutorials, or any relevant KB articles to help with the configuration?

Any examples or reference use cases would also be greatly appreciated
