[Unifier Upgrade 23.12] Recurring Downtime of Our Unifier Environments
Hello,
We are experiencing a recurring issue with our Unifier environments that have been upgraded from 20.12 to 23.12, where the system goes down sometimes and we are not able to reproduce it each time. Not able to find a root cause to it.
This downtime is causing significant disruption to our operations.
We've also created these SRs for Unifier and Weblogic
- 3-37909985181 (unifier)
- 3-38382354871 (weblogic)
- 3-38023387861 (Unifier)
We have been suggested to install the latest patch which should stop these downtimes (23.12.10). Still after that we are facing the issue.
