Issues with boot up of OL8U9 on HP DL380 Gen 10 server

Hello,

I am having issues booting up OL8U9 using the UEK Kernel version on my HP DL380 Gen 10 server(s) in the lab. When it gets to the section for selecting the Kernel version (UEK or RHCK), when selecting UEK (kernel-uek-5.15.0-200.131.27.el8uek.x86_64), the server continues and then crashes with the following:

Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception
Kernel Offset: 0x7800000 from 0xffffffff81000000 (relocation range: 0xffffffff80000000 - 0xffffffffbfffffff)

I have attached a screenshot of the full crash screen on the server.

If I select the RHCK Kernel version (kernel-4.18.0-513.5.1.el8_9.x86_64), the server boots up without issues.

Howdy, Stranger!
